Venue pricing includes exclusive access of the building and parking lot, elevator, prep kitchen for caterers and designated areas for different stages of your event. Tables and fruitwood folding chairs are included, along with the use of our soft seating areas, two partner suites and multiple restrooms on each level.

Hanging Sheer Fabric for Ceremony Space

Drapery to adorn the ceremony space is rentable and installed through Flora, our in-house floral studio.

  • SINGLE HUNG FROM T-BAR: $100

    The partial drapery treatment concentrates its focus on framing the happy couple. A double layer of sheer drapery hangs from the t-bar at the head of the ceremony space, creating an elegant backdrop for the main event.

  • PARTITION WALL IN DINING AREA: $225

    Our 3,100 square foot dining room can be made more intimate for events with guest counts of 120 and under. Flora offers sheer drapery rental and installation from mid room-beam to floor. This divides the dining room and allows the floor plan to pivot to the North West side. Access to the elevator, catering kitchen and restrooms are all unchanged and the golden dining-hour light is still perfectly captured.

  • RAFTER TO T-BAR: $450

    The full drapery treatment of the ceremony space features soft billows of sheer fabric draped from the beams and framing the center aisle. The fabric then swoops up to a high t-bar suspended above the ceremony and falls to the floor in a generous, romantic puddle.
